Ray Lim

Ray joined RNP reviews in 2018 as the Financial Officer & Director of Customer Service.

RNP Role

As part of the RNP team, he became an essential part to the overall management and broad range of financial operations that allow the organization to run efficiently. Ray also manages aspects of Customer Service for our clients and FAQ’s.



 

Past Work History

From 2006-2014, Ray was an Assistant Manager for Walgreens Corporation.  Then, in 2013-2016, Ray was a member of the Chicago Blackhawks Marketing Street Team where his responsibilities included promoting and organizing the sporting events held in the Chicagoland area and the annual Blackhawks Convention. Additionally, in 2016, Ray joined the Chicago Cubs as a Guest Service Ambassador and was responsible for services and maximizing the fan experience. In 2017, he moved to the Ticket Operations Department as a Ticket Service Ambassador responsible for Box Office duties and introducing the MLB Ballpark app to fans on gameday.

Educational Background

In 2016, Ray earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University Chicago.
